As a busy mum of five, I know the challenges of feeling stuck, starting over again and again, ​and struggling to find time to prioritise your well-being.


I’ve navigated the chaos, dealt with the exhaustion, and learned the hard way how ​important it is to take care of myself so I can better take care of my family and live my best ​life.

A bit about me...

Hey lovely, I’m Kyra and I’m so excited you’re here, ready to level up your life!


I’ve always had an interest in natural remedies, holistic health and nutrition, and ​years ago some of my interests were better known as ‘hippy’ or ‘crunchy’. I have ​loved seeing some of these ideas become more mainstream and also now ​being backed by evidence!


I have been a childbirth educator since 2013, which focuses on evidence-based ​health information and have since pivoted into the holistic health field. I am ​currently studying to be a nutritional consultant and health coach.


While supporting mothers through the transformation of pregnancy and birth ​it really got me thinking about food as medicine, our mindset as well as what ​else we put into our bodies that affects our wellbeing. Since working with ​postpartum mothers I have noted that most stated their health goals were to ​“lose weight, have more energy and stress less”.

So these things naturally became the focus of my work.


I believe that Health is about way more than the absence of disease. My clients come ​to me because they want to be more than just ‘not sick’ – they want to feel AMAZING ​and VIBRANT!


Using evidence-based natural medicines, mindset, diet & lifestyle changes, we work ​together to create a plan that restores your health and brings your body back into ​balance.

My Story...

Like most of us, I grew up with some not-so-great eating habits.


Skipping breakfast from a young age, bingeing on junk food and ignoring my body signals of ​wanting proper fuel. These unsustainable habits stuck with me for most of my young adult ​life and for years I dealt with nausea, blood sugar crashes and irritable moods.


After having my first three babies, I became stuck in a cycle of this restrict-binge model that a ​lot of women are familiar with. While I was starting to become more in-tune with my body ​and it’s needs, I was slowly making the connection with what and how I ate and how I felt.


By the time I was pregnant with my fourth baby, I was tired of counting calories, tired of ​feeling stuck and overwhelmed with the amount of information and the next hyped-up trend ​to try. And most of all, I was tired of starting over and over again while damaging my health in ​the process.


I started to make changes towards focusing on holistic health, resting and finding joy in the ​little things. I’ve discovered it’s so much more than following a meal plan for the week and ​following YouTube for exercising.

It’s a whole mindset and lifestyle change that needs to take place to reach your goals, overcome your old habits and make it ​work with a busy lifestyle. I also learned to accept where I am in this stage of life and doing the best I can. The aim has always ​been about progress over perfection.


It really clicked for me in 2020 after the birth of my fifth baby. I was feeling even more overwhelmed, busy and out-of-control ​with my weight management.


We had a few different huge scares that year with our families health which led me to a journey of transitioning to a plant-​based diet. I learned that my body has been sending me messages for a long time, I just had them on mute.


My skin started glowing, I felt more energetic, I lowered my cholesterol, risk of heart disease and bowel cancer, I stopped all ​acid reflux medication, I lost 12kg, I ate alllll the potatoes, I stopped feeling restricted and I haven’t looked back.


So I am on a mission to help educate and empower busy, overwhelmed women with compassion for themselves, to listen to ​their bodies and discover what feels best for them.


I want to give you the skills to nurture yourself with amazing food and take purposeful action with your holistic wellness for a ​balanced lifestyle.
